Frequently Asked Questions
How do I record a shift in OreMie?
Open OreMie and tap the + New Shift button on the home screen. Choose your work date, select your start and end times, and specify any unpaid break durations (such as lunch). Tap Save to immediately add the shift to your monthly ledger.
Can I edit or delete a shift after saving?
Yes. Navigate to your shift history or tap any day on the monthly calendar. Select the shift you want to modify to adjust times, notes, or delete the record completely from your device.
How does the estimated earnings calculation work?
Estimated earnings are computed strictly from the base hourly rate and overtime multipliers that you manually enter into the app settings. Please note: This is a personal planning reference and does not include employer-specific deductions, taxes, or collective bargaining agreements (CCNL). Always refer to your official payslip (busta paga) for certified payroll amounts.
Is OreMie an official payroll application?
No. OreMie is an independent personal tracker built to help individual workers maintain their own private record of working hours. It is not affiliated with any government agency, union, or payroll provider, and does not replace official employer timecards or legal documentation.
Where is my shift data stored?
Your shift logs and settings are stored locally on your device. You have full control over your records and can export or delete your data at any time through the app settings.
How can I reach support for bug reports or feedback?
You can email our product team directly at support@velunolabs.com. Please include your Android version and device model if reporting a technical issue.
